Client Requirement
Technimove was required to provide specialist migration services to enable the successful completion of the project for a global leader in consulting.
Our client engaged us one day before they needed the work completed, requiring urgent assistance to clear out both an on-prem data centre and office to avoid additional charges from the building.
We successfully managed to get resources to the site extremely last minute and save the day for the client, migrating everything into their warehouse for storage.

Project Coordination
Project Coordination Services were provided to support the client’s teams in the preparation of collateral required ahead of migration.
By engaging our experienced Project Coordination Team, risk and downtime were reduced with the delivery of our proven migration methodology, offering complete peace of mind.
We provided comprehensive logistical planning and preparation to ensure a smooth migration process.
Pack & Move (Physical Migration)
On the day of the migration, equipment was backed up, shut down, decommissioned, and de-racked by the client ahead of our arrival. Our engineers began by preparing all packaging material required for the migration. Equipment was individually wrapped in anti-static bubble wrap before being securely packed, ready for relocation. The client’s equipment was then secured onto one of our GPS Tracked, solid-sided vehicles.
Login details were provided ahead of the migration to enable our client to view our team and vehicle in real-time on the day. The pre-fuelled vehicle traveled directly to the destination site, where the team unloaded the flight cases and moved them into position within the new facility. At the destination facility, equipment was unpacked and left as instructed by the client (unracked).
